11yo Jamari is still on a breathing machine, #prayersforJamari. His mother Teirra Black says Jamari tried to end his own life as a result of bullying by his white teacher and students at Chicago Public Schools. CPS is investigating. Emails from the child's mother in regards to the bullying:
